Senior Principal Consultant
Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant who will act as a frontline change agent for the client’s business. The role involves delivering measurable improvements, coaching client teams, and ensuring sustainable results by embedding continuous improvement practices into the client's operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare driver trees to identify key improvement levers and focus areas
Prioritize effort according to value and ease of implementation
Facilitate baseline identification and agree targets with stakeholders
Develop and manage to aggressive implementation plans to achieve rapid results
Regularly review progress of ideas with AEMs and Implementation Facilitators, and escalate issues quickly to ensure they’re addressed before they compromise results delivery
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated passion for results
Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to structure and prioritize efforts across areas, and ask the right questions to get to root causes in very complex situations
Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence and build trust with C-level executives, and achieve results though managing several small teams
Excellent communication skills, including ability to construct compelling arguments supported by the right facts, across multiple streams of work
Demonstrated alignment with PIP values
Location Flexible: Anywhere in US or Canada with aligned citizenship working rights
