Responsibilities
Perform and manage all SAP transactions related to Clean Room operations, including material movements, inventory management, production order confirmations, and goods issues/receipts
Ensure SAP transactions are completed accurately and timely to maintain data integrity within the ERP system
Partner closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues
Create, revise, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP processes, ensuring alignment with GMP and ISO 13485 requirements
Train and support Clean Room employees on SAP transactions and related work instructions
Support audit readiness by ensuring SAP documentation and transactional activities meet internal, regulatory, and customer audit expectations
Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline SAP activities and increase efficiency within Clean Room operations
Support inventory reconciliation and cycle counting processes through accurate SAP entries and documentation
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year of experience in a production/material movement role
Strong communication and attention to detail
ERP System experience, preferably SAP
Excel Skills
Verbal/written communication skills
Preferred
High School Diploma/GED preferred
SAP experience preferred
