Senior Project Management Consultant
MIGSO-PCUBED is a global management consulting firm focused on delivering project, program, and portfolio management services. They are seeking a Senior Project Management Consultant to drive successful project management consulting services within client organizations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Developing, designing, and implementing PM frameworks to fit specific needs of our clients' organization
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to oversee project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of PMO initiatives
Delivering within complex client engagements and aiding team leadership with client relationship management
Supporting the engagement lead/director to build out our footprint within a client or multiple clients, offering significant opportunities for personal development
Identifying opportunities and assisting in the development of proposals
Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery
Conducting assessments for potential and current clients and recovering current accounts
Supporting current engagements, working with Business Managers and consultants by providing coaching and PM expertise
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, departments, or individuals to identify and generate advanced project schedules that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
Delivering expertise in project management, planning, and scheduling with proven experience and proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Planisware
Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and issues promptly and effectively, minimizing disruptions to project timelines
Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments in PPM processes and best practices to identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or a master's degree
8-10 years of proven experience in implementing PMOs and/or leading large-scale projects & programs in diverse industries
Additional 3-5 years in a consulting environment
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt, be flexible, and handle challenges
Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Planisware
Preferred
PMP certification or Change Management certification
Strong experience in scheduling and planning
