Responsibilities

Design, document, implement, and oversee operations programs that support department goals, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies

Create and maintain standardized documentation and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all operational programs

Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure program stakeholders are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute operational programs effectively

Work closely with internal teams such as product, marketing, finance, and HR to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with organizational objectives

Track program performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency

Lead and document change initiatives within the operational programs, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption

Identify potential challenges or roadblocks, proactively solving problems to ensure smooth operations

Manage resources effectively to ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
