Responsibilities
Lead a technical team in a fast paced and often changing business
Build relationships across business units to anticipate and prepare your team for changes in process and product
Establish yourself as a subject mater expert on Tesla Energy Products (hardware and software) and process related to installation and system performance
Document interactions and technical solutions in the support database for future reference
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tesla products, installation guidelines, and support tools
Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting roles
Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation processes
Familiarity with CRM software and technical documentation tools
Willingness to support your team and the business across multiple shifts/days as needed
Demonstrated leadership skills in a formal role or as a peer-mentor
