Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams across the company to translate ambitious business goals into a concrete, multi-year technical roadmap for ad monetization, ensuring alignment with community values and user experience
Build the services and tools responsible for managing complex ad campaigns
Be a technical leader for the team and mentor junior engineers
Help recruit future talent for the team

Required

8+ years of experience developing a wide-array of software products
Demonstrable skill with frontend and backend technologies such as: React, Typescript, Javascript, Go, Java, C#
Experience with REST, API design patterns, and scalable containerized systems and microservices
Preferably worked in the Ad space and worked on Ad Management systems
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Computer Science or related engineering field
