Onboarding Manager, Inside Sales
Ironmark is a company dedicated to helping brands grow smarter and more efficiently. They are seeking an Onboarding Manager who will be responsible for launching new clients' journeys by activating marketing packages and guiding them through Ironmark's solutions.

Responsibilities
Be the front line of Ironmark’s client experience
Build and manage your own pipeline – from first touch to close – using Ironmark’s proven process
Present Ironmark’s integrated marketing solutions with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
Conduct professional and engaging client meetings via Microsoft Teams
Clearly articulate marketing packages and tailor solutions based on prospect/client needs, challenges and budget
Qualify prospects and align expectations to ensure strong long-term partnerships
Drive revenue and strengthen relationships
Negotiate budgets and contract terms supporting prospect/client goals and Ironmark’s financial objectives
Evaluate client’s marketing performance to make recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop meaningful client relationships, introducing new products and cross-sell opportunities as they launch
Maintain up-to-date pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting in HubSpot
Champion the customer – and the Ironmark brand
Deepen expertise in our services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Partner closely with Strategic Account Management and the Operations to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience
Serve as the voice of the customer by surfacing insights, identifying gaps, and recommending product and service enhancements that drive value and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven inside sales success with strong outbound calling experience
Working knowledge of digital and print marketing
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Exceptional communication skills, professional integrity, and relationship-building ability
A collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for supporting teammates and clients
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HubSpot (or other CRM)
A self-motivated, creative problem solver with a strong phone presence and drive to exceed goals
2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
Preferred
Familiarity with multi-location or franchise marketing
Successful track record working independently in a remote setting
