Responsibilities
Proactively administer and reconcile utility accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and uninterrupted service
Support timely payments and maintain strong processes that safeguard operational continuity
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with telecom providers to ensure reliable, high-quality service
Monitor provider performance metrics—including cost trends and usage patterns—and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Utilize the organization’s ticketing system to log, track, and manage service requests across multiple regions in accordance with established SLAs
Partner with internal teams to identify process efficiencies, support cost-saving initiatives, and contribute to workflow improvements
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall service delivery
Offer forward-thinking ideas to optimize processes and develop sustainable, scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in utility management, property operations, property management, or a related field (internship experience considered)
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Collaborative, eager to learn, and committed to operational excellence and continuous growth
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
Experience with Yardi, Salesforce, or utility bill management systems
