Understanding and learning to push Division + Operations + Vendors adherence to key dates
Learning and applying the ability to anticipate and elevate blocking points to ensure meeting deadlines and major launches
Troubleshooting technical issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
1-3 years of proven experience in package engineering & development; preferably in cosmetics or related fields
Strong PC skills; MS Office (e.g. PowerPoint)
Meticulous with design details and attention to quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to a diverse global culture
