Responsibilities
Source high-quality GTM candidates across multiple channels, tools, and creative outreach methods
Build and maintain healthy pipelines for key roles so hiring teams always have strong options to consider
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to get a clear picture of what great looks like for each search
Craft thoughtful outreach messages that reflect Doppel’s values and create a warm first impression
Keep track of pipeline activity, maintain clean data, and share regular updates on progress
Work closely with GTM and People partners to refine sourcing strategies and experiment with new ideas
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles
Ability to find and engage standout candidates, even in competitive markets
Clear communicator who enjoys partnering with teams and building positive candidate experiences
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and new roles pop up quickly
Naturally curious, resourceful, and excited to solve problems creatively
Preferred
Experience with a Series C (or similar stage) cybersecurity company is a big plus
Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and market research techniques is helpful but not required
