Sales Operations Coordinator (On-Site, MN)

Responsibilities
Receipt, tracking and assignment of all incoming field requests
Entries and extractions from Client Relationship Management (CRM) system including activities such as: tickets, account/contact updates, entering opportunities, sales activity records, list extractions, etc
Take regular inventory of sales materials
Coordinate support for client events
Production of client facing proposals
Document formatting to ensure client facing materials meet brand standards
Production of sales enablement tools (ex. Callahan & Associates Analysis)
Printing and shipping field materials
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
0 – 1 years of related work experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Field of Study: Business Administration or Marketing
Experience in Sales Enablement & Operations
Expertise in Microsoft Suite, Smartsheets or similar program(s)
