Responsibilities
Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out
Understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
Monitor and operate electronic security control systems
Accurately maintain daily logs, records and forms
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 years Front Desk experience
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Buildinglink)
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required
Ability to lift 30 -- 50 lbs
Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
Phone etiquette
Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement
Problem Solving
Ability to respond to emergencies on a timely manner
Organized and detail and customer service-oriented
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalency preferred
