Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and travel packages
Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and itineraries
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and resolve discrepancies
Maintain detailed client records and correspondence in the CRM system
Support the sales team by promoting travel deals and upgrades when appropriate
Stay informed about travel policies, restrictions, and industry updates
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in email, chat, and online booking systems
Passion for travel and creating positive client experiences
