Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new property/business owners in the target market area through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events

Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our services, showcasing the benefits to potential owners

Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and offering continuous support

Handle negotiations and close sales effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements

Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions and provide regular reports to the Director of Sales

Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery
