Business Development & Account Management Lead – Recruiting Agency
Advice Personnel is a boutique executive recruiting and staffing firm with 40 years of experience. They are seeking a Business Development & Account Management Lead to leverage their extensive network of clients and candidates, build meaningful partnerships, and drive results across various industry sectors.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing a client outreach plan to drive new relationships across a variety of industry sectors
Collaborating with key decision-makers in target companies to understand their talent acquisition needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Partnering with the recruiting team to understand candidate profiles, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent to clients
Managing ongoing engagements and relationships to deliver outstanding client service to partnering companies
Negotiating terms of engagement including fee percentage, guarantee period and payment timeline
Providing support on sourcing and recruitment efforts, helping to identify and engage with top candidates for active searches
Staying abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in agency recruiting and/or accounting & finance positions
Stellar interpersonal skills, including both verbal and written communication
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive
Proven ability to utilize creative thinking to overcome adversity
Enthusiasm for working both independently and as part of a team
