Responsibilities
Supervising and monitoring of the power distribution system through eFMCS/SCADA and its capacity/utilization trends
Lead alarm management and rationalization of alarms to communicate throughout the department
Develop critical signal trending & monitoring processes to proactively identify adverse conditions
Ensuring power monitoring system uptime and performance meet Samsung and department standards
Managing the proper operation and incident response/recovery
Lead development of detailed step plans incorporating risk analysis for all device operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related Engineering field, Electrical or Electronics Engineering highly preferred
3 + years of relevant experience with medium & high voltage electrical distribution
5+ years of relevant experience with SCADA, PLC's, and Network Systems
Knowledgeable in MV Switchgear and its Protections
Some engineering supervision and leadership experience
Experience in leading commissioning, testing, of HV/MV/LV electrical distribution equipment. (Including creation of commissioning procedures etc.)
