The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, ensuring efficient office operations and coordination of various tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to various executives, including answering phones, directing inquiries, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and handling logistics
Support travel coordination by helping book domestic and occasional international arrangements, including flights and accommodations
Scan, file, and maintain electronic and physical records to ensure accurate and organized documentation
Review, process, and track invoices and expenses for timely payment and proper documentation
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Provide general office support and collaborate with team members on administrative projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage shifting deadlines
Team-oriented, supportive, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment
