Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy customer communication workflows using the Quadient Inspire platform
Utilize Quadient Inspire modules including Designer, Scalar, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, and Approve Workflow
Develop and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs , ensuring integration security and scalability
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve internal and external inquiries regarding inputs, outputs, intended usage, and strategic planning
Ensure all solutions align with internal controls, quality assurance standards, and performance expectations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related field
Proficiency with Quadient Inspire Platform (required)
Experience with API technologies such as REST and SOAP
Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, C#
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database design and queries
Experience with version control systems, particularly GitHub
Preferred
Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms
Familiarity with Precisely EngageOne platform is a plus
