Responsibilities
Support one of our clients with legal technology skills
Administer legal software and knowledge-management tools
Hands-on configuration and support experience with Ironclad and other legal tech platforms
Gather and document business requirements and support technical implementations
Conduct business acceptance testing and coordinate UAT activities
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Manage multiple priorities and support concurrent projects
Utilize AI tools to expedite work and automate tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal IT department, or Legal Services provider in a legal tech - business system analyst capacity
Ironclad experience is required
Demonstrated experience administering legal software and knowledge-management tools
Hands-on configuration and support experience with at least two of the following: Ironclad (mandatory), Onit, DocuSign, JIRA, or similar CLM/Legal spend management platforms
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and support technical implementations
Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to expedite work, automate tasks, and deliver high-quality results efficiently
Experience conducting business acceptance testing and coordinating UAT activities
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor coordination
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support concurrent projects
Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
