They are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee complex projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Administer and coordinate construction activities for complex and/or high-visibility projects

Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors and vendors

Manage project planning, problem-solving, and execution to ensure smooth project delivery

Uphold quality, compliance, and performance standards across all consultants, vendors, and contractors

Maintain continuous communication with contractors, construction managers, client personnel, and senior project staff

Contribute to the development and enforcement of project policies in line with Authority-wide procedures

Review contractor claims and disputes; compile necessary documentation and advise senior management on appropriate resolutions

Support jobsite reporting requirements, including: daily reports, field purchase orders, weekly unit reports and updates to the two-week lookahead schedules, and monthly updates to the overall construction schedule

Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost control records

Perform related duties as assigned
