Northrop Grumman is a leading company in technological advancements and is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Quality Analyst to support their Sentinel Team in Roy, Utah. The role involves ensuring mission success through quality assurance, technical reviews, and program management support for the Sentinel program.

Responsibilities
Selected candidate will support MA functions to ensure mission success
Technical reviews of all Sentinel drawings, SOW’s, Requirements documents as required
Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of Sentinel achievements. Assesses GBSD performance and risks and determines resources to ensure mission assurance
Assist the Program Managers (PM) with all GBSD Mission Assurance /Program Management requirements
Develop, implement and maintain the Sentinel Program Quality Plans
Support Sentinel program FRBs ensuring identification of root cause and proper implementation of corrective actions and reach back and reach across
Assist PQM in preparation and execution on of Program Preventive and Corrective Action Board (PCAB)
Develop and maintain Sentinel Program Metrics
Support PQM with Sentinel Customer Corrective Action Requests
Support IPT MA & QE in Conditional Acceptance requirements and flow down
Monitor timely closure of Conditionally Accepted hardware and work corrective actions with IPT MA & QEs
Support operational activities with product inspection plans and acceptance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Quality experience, 3 years with Master's, 1 year with PhD or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of Quality experience, 6 years with Master's, 4 year with PhD or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)
experience with Quality Management Systems (AS9100/ISO 9001/Military Quality Assurance)
experience with non-conformance and corrective action process
experience in Missile Systems/Sub-Systems design or sustainment
experience working with the military/DoD
Preferred
5 years experience with Quality Management Systems (AS9100/ISO 9001/Military Quality Assurance)
5 years experience with non-conformance and corrective action process
4 years experience in Missile Systems/Sub-Systems design or sustainment
4 years military/DoD experience
Configuration Management/Document Management Experience
Experience in commercial/MILCON construction
Experience with Mission Assurance Engineering or Quality Engineering practices
Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for overall program and segments
Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
Compliance verifications
RCCA Facilitation
Trend analysis and monitoring
Previous technical experience with ICBM
