They are seeking a Punch Technician responsible for final construction grade installations or repairs of roofing, siding, windows, and more, ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Drive or travel to and from job sites

Install or repair roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, columns, fascia, and/or soffits as directed by management; ensure reasonable pace is maintained so jobs are completed in a timely manner

Install or repair each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods

Follow all applicable safety rules and guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

Communicate with customers with clarity and professionalism as needed

Work daily overtime as needed

Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order. Report any damaged, broken, or faulty equipment or tools to management

Required

A minimum of one (1) year experience in all related areas desired particularly in gutter repair/installation. General construction background may be considered depending on extent and type of experience

Willingness to travel for work up to 50% in a work week to GA

Must have previous experience using hand tools

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Ability to comprehend, construct, and interpret diagrams, and shop drawings for the task being done

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, reliable, and safety conscious

Reliable transportation

Current and valid driver's license with driving record that meets company policy

Possess or willing to obtain/maintain DOT medical certificate

Ability to work regular overtime every week

Ability to work with both hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects of varying sizes and lengths

Willingness to work outside in all types of climates and weather conditions

Ability to be active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath

Ability to bend, stretch, twist, squat, and/or reach out

Ability to walk/balance self on varying slopes of roofs; ability to climb ladders and use walk boards without fear of heights

Ability to consistently lift up to 20 pounds, frequently 50 pounds, and occasionally 100 pounds to unload materials and tools from work trucks and unroll roofing
