Responsibilities

Run full-cycle sales for organizations up to 150 - 5,000 employees across LATAM
Manage medium-complexity deals, often involving Operations, Maintenance, IT, Finance, and regional leadership
Conduct tailored discovery to uncover operational inefficiencies and build strong business cases
Deliver compelling multi-stakeholder demos
Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other internal teams to present technical evaluations
Develop strategic account plans for key targets in your territory
Forecast accurately and manage a well-structured pipeline
Build MaintainX brand awareness in LATAM mid-market segments

Qualification

B2B SaaS salesConsultative sellingSpanish proficiencyAccount managementRelationship building

Required

Demonstrated success in mid-market sales
Strong proficiency in consultative selling, needs analysis, and value-based sales
Excellent command of Spanish; English required
Skilled at managing multiple buying personas and navigating internal politics
Strong discipline with follow-up, documentation, and forecasting
Emotionally intelligent, relationship-driven, and professional
You love solving complex problems and helping customers transform operations

Preferred

3–5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience preferred
Portuguese is a plus
