Responsibilities

Designing, prototyping, and deploying scalable GenAI systems that generate and synthesize content
Architecting orchestration pipelines across varied data assets
Owning AI solution design and influencing technical direction across product teams
Collaborating with cross-functional partners to define strategy and ensure production excellence
Operating independently in a high-trust, innovation-driven environment

Required

Proven experience building and deploying production-grade Generative AI systems (RAG, orchestration, or multi-agent)
Strong hands-on Python development skills
Experience with LangChain / LangGraph in production environments
Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
PhD required, with 5+ years of post-PhD industry experience
