Responsibilities

Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy aligned with company objectives. Integrate marketing, digital engagement, and customer success into a single growth platform

Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to align initiatives and share insights. Set annual growth metrics and review progress quarterly through dashboard-based reporting

Lead the modernization of Mitutoyo’s digital ecosystem, including web, portal, and e-commerce

Oversee all brand communications and campaigns to ensure message consistency and customer impact

Leverage analytics, SEO, and automation tools to optimize lead generation and engagement

Partner with distributors to build co-marketing programs and extend market reach

Develop post-sale engagement programs that increase satisfaction and loyalty

Partner with Service, Quality, and Product to implement feedback-driven improvements

Monitor key metrics such as NPS, retention, and customer lifetime value

Expand educational resources and support channels to enhance the customer experience

Direct ongoing research on market trends, competitor positioning, and technology evolution

Translate insights into actionable business plans and recommendations

Support executive decision-making with timely market data and predictive analytics

Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of marketing, digital, and customer success professionals

Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and accountability
