BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Fairfax, VA Assistive Care team. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring clients receive the best possible care while supporting and empowering our caregiving team.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and mentor caregivers to uphold BAYADA’s highest care standards

Conduct client assessments throughout Fairfax, VA and surrounding areas

Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution

Supervise Home Health Aides in the field to ensure quality and compliance

Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding

Perform skills competencies for both new and tenured staff

Qualification

Active RN licenseRN experienceSupervisory experienceClient assessmentLeadership skills

Required

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

2+ years of RN experience required

Preferred

Supervisory/leadership experience highly preferred
