Responsibilities

Design and direct the annual & quarterly strategic planning process

Improve how the company communicates strategy & progress against plans

Build and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards; partner with BI/Data teams to operationalize metrics and automate reporting

Track performance against declared investment areas and generate investment scorecards to inform resource allocation

Work closely with Excel's division heads and strategy team on key strategic growth initiatives and present findings and analysis

Lead bespoke landscaping and market mapping exercises, delivering research and a point of view on the market opportunity, including recommending specific companies of interest

Assist in preparation of monthly strategy and M&A meetings, quarterly board meetings, and in the preparation of annual budgeting and multi-year projection modeling

Support the M&A process including pipeline management, prioritization and due diligence of potential acquisitions, and creation of materials for board approval

Manage the coordination of Strategy team schedule and responsibilities related to tracking and follow-up
