$20/hr - $20/hrPCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. The primary responsibility of the role involves managing recruiting tasks, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across various stages.

Responsibilities
Conduct professional reference checks for final-stage candidates
Document and report findings for candidate’s profile
Maintain compliance with legal and organizational standards during verification processes
Regularly refresh and update active job postings across job boards and internal systems (e.g. iCIMS, Paylocity, and various ATS)
Collaborate with TA Team to ensure job descriptions are accurate and compelling
Move candidates through various hiring stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely communication and accuracy
Follow up with candidates to maintain engagement during the recruitment process
Maintain clean and organized candidate pipelines across 131 franchise locations
Coordinate with a team of recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders to support a seamless hiring process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multi-task and support multiple candidates and locations
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about recruitment processes
Preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
