Customer Service & Sales Support Associate
The Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association (MADA) is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Associate to join our team. This role involves providing frontline customer service and supporting the Sales team by entering quotes and processing orders, all while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries about apparel, forms, and supplies
Take, enter, and process customer and sales-initiated orders
Provide product information, pricing, and availability
Communicate updates on order status, timelines, and shipments
Support basic returns/exchanges within guidelines
Enter quotes and product details into the CRM system
Assist the Sales team with order-related administrative tasks
Complete follow-ups for warm leads or order clarifications
Ensure CRM notes and records are accurate and up to date
Maintain high accuracy in data entry and documentation
Partner with Warehouse and Customer Service teams on fulfillment questions
Flag unclear orders, delays, or issues to the Coordinator or Manager
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
experience with CRM or order management systems
