Responsibilities
Foster and develop strong client relationships
Serve as primary point of contact for client communications
Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team
Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows
Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members
Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement
Participate in presentations to prospective clients
Manage new client implementations
Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings
Participate in marketing and business development strategy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience
Master's Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment
Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work
Demonstrated skills in delivering results
Preferred
Healthcare and RCM experience
