Responsibilities

Handle procurement IT, Operations, Staffing agreements, HR agreements

Draft, redline and negotiate agreements including: Indemnification, Limited Liability, Staffing agreements, software licensing agreements, supplier agreements (hardware and software)

Marketing & Events - agreements (ex: hotel agreements, boilerplate but requiring legal review)

Experience with SaaS and Technology Transactions is very helpful
