Night Auditor/Guest Services PM

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join their team at a hotel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Conduct the night audit process to verify all financial transactions of the day
Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in, as needed
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Manage phone calls and reservations during the night shift
Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing security checks
Complete end-of-day activities, including preparing reports for management

Required

Strong customer service and guest relations skills
Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to commute to Manchester, CT 06042
Ability to relocate to Manchester, CT 06042 before starting work

Preferred

Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role
Multilingual skills are a plus
Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial
Hotel experience: 1 year
