Responsibilities

Administer HR policies and procedures across the organization including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health benefits, training and development, employee relations, retention, record management, and compliance
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers
Support performance management and talent development initiatives
Assist with benefits administration and leave management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Participate in HR projects and process improvements
Conduct employee investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
Promote a positive work culture and employee morale through various initiatives
Facilitate internal communications related to HR initiatives, events, and announcements

Required

3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and confidentiality with limited direction
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
