Account Manager- Amazon
Caleres, Inc. is a global footwear company known for its beloved brands. They are seeking a Digital Account Manager in Novato, CA, responsible for developing merchandising strategies and collaborating with various teams to enhance product discoverability and sales performance.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage: Develop and execute merchandising strategies that enhance product discoverability and conversion rates
Implement strategies: Cross functionally collaborate with marketing, media, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure product discoverability and consistency in messaging and branding
Sales communication: Provide regular, insightful reporting to internal teams and retail partners highlighting merchandising effectiveness, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities
Strategic partnership: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales velocity, inventory turnover, and advertising ROI to adjust merchandising and planning strategies
Customer Experience: Manage product assortments and catalog structures on Amazon Vendor Central. Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ content to improve search rankings and shopper engagement. Implement Amazon storefronts and brand pages to create a compelling shopping experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business related field
Digital Sales/Sales Management experience
Previous sales experience preferably in department stores, and/or independent/specialty stores
Problem solving mindset, analytical skills
Preferred
SAP experience
