Overseeing plumbing and electrical to HVAC and pool maintenance
Assist with general facilities upkeep
Maintaining the highest level of quality work to ensure minimal disruption to guests

Qualification
Required
Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and air conditioning (PTAC cleaning), painting, caulking, and similar skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Technical knowledge related to property maintenance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Commitment to providing high level customer service
Ability to embrace technology and technological systems
