Drive Sales & Build Relationships – Spend over 50% of your time out in the field, connecting with clients and industry pros
Close Deals Efficiently – Work closely with borrowers, branch teams, and corporate to ensure smooth loan submissions
Stay Licensed & Informed – Maintain NMLS licensing and keep up with the latest rates, products, policies, and compliance rules
Be the Go-To Expert – Master FHA, Conventional, and VA loan processes while leveraging cutting-edge tools
Network & Grow – Build strong relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners
Communicate Like a Pro – Keep all parties informed, ensuring transparency and a seamless loan experience

Qualification
Required
Must be an NMLS licensed producing Mortgage Loan Originator
Maintain NMLS licensing and keep up with the latest rates, products, policies, and compliance rules
