Responsibilities

Provide project, geographic and technical leadership in our growing coastal engineering and restoration program
Perform analysis and design of coastal restoration projects including marsh restoration and beach nourishment
Shoreline protection projects including revetments and breakwaters
Navigation projects including dredging, marinas, and harbors
Create plans and specifications
Project management

Qualification

Required

Qualified coastal engineers with the ability to perform analysis and design of coastal restoration projects including marsh restoration and beach nourishment
Experience with shoreline protection projects including revetments and breakwaters
Experience with navigation projects including dredging, marinas, and harbors
Expertise in creating plans and specifications
Project management experience

Preferred

Familiarity with wave growth and transformation
Knowledge of coastal and estuarine hydrodynamics
Understanding of littoral processes
Experience with sediment transport
Familiarity with marine dredging
Basic knowledge of geotechnical or structural systems
