Talent Acquisition Coordinator

National Church Residences is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruiting team and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The role involves coordinating pre-boarding paperwork, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Coordinates pre-boarding paperwork for new hires including offer letters, tax forms, direct deposit, I9 documentation and all necessary paperwork for onboarding
Conducts background/social media/ motor vehicle/credit and additional checks through third party vendor for all new hires
Schedules drug screening and physicals as needed
Coordinates all pre-boarding activities for Recruiters to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire
Partners with internal recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
Prepares and updates job descriptions for external postings aligned to the hiring managers and business needs
Partners with Employment Coordinator, Hiring Managers or support staff to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and accurate
Participates in recruiting events, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates
Successful creation and execution of sourcing strategies in partnership with our hiring leaders
Creates and maintains meaningful reports that drive talent acquisition decisions
Conducts phone interviews for Recruiters as needed
Act as backup for New Hire Orientation as needed
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma or GED required
Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel required

Preferred

Associate's degree preferred
Recruiting or Human Resources experience preferred
