Responsibilities

Create manufacturer orders and transfer tickets to support production requirements
Collaborate with Production Control to sequence and prioritize manufacturing operations effectively
Review and validate vendor invoices prior to submission to the Finance Department
Partner with the Buying Team to resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Promote open communication and feedback to support a positive team culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing, or materials management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams
Self-motivated, with the ability to follow direction and work independently
Demonstrated success in supply, delivery, and materials management
Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain process
Experience working in cross-functional, team-oriented environments
Proficient in ERP systems and forecasting tools
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
