Responsibilities
Active PMP certification and 7–10+ years of enterprise-level project management experience, including leading complex, multi-system technology implementations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and governance audiences, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and operate independently with strong accountability
Proven vendor management experience, including oversight of contracts, deliverables, milestones, change orders, and invoice accuracy
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and visibility, with a strong understanding of system integrations and cross-team dependencies
Skilled at navigating complex organizational environments, balancing competing priorities, anticipating stakeholder sensitivities, and building strong cross-functional relationships
Ability to lead requirements gathering, business case development, and project scoping, and to translate business needs into clear, actionable project plans
Experience coordinating testing cycles, readiness activities, go-live execution, and stabilization, with strong risk, decision, action-item, and escalation management skills
Proficiency in budget tracking, forecasting, burn rate monitoring, variance analysis, and familiarity with procurement processes such as RFPs, SOWs, renewals, and amendments
Experience leading operational readiness efforts, including go-live preparation, training coordination, user adoption, post-implementation stabilization, and transition to operations
Ability to produce high-quality project documentation and governance materials, such as charters, schedules, risk/issue logs, cutover plans, and executive summaries
Experience using project and portfolio management tools and creating clear, data-driven dashboards and performance reports
Qualification
