They are seeking a Non-Traditional Marketing Manager to support the events/proximity team and Sales Leadership by coaching, training, and developing the team while overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring lead generation goals are met.

Responsibilities
Achieve sales and other goals outlined by Director of Non-Traditional Marketing and Sales Management
Support the team in generating sufficient lead flow based on daily and weekly goals
Coach, train, and develop a team of Event/Proximity Marketers with a hands-on approach. Motivate and effectively coach your team to meet or exceed the daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Conducts the Interview and hiring process for the Events/Proximity Marketing team
Oversee route planning and event/proximity activities before going out into the field
Maintain a healthy team culture by engaging in and supporting team members and offering help where needed
Utilize all performance management tools and processes offered by Overson Roofing
Work alongside agents in the field to model best practices
Track team performance and ensure lead quality
Qualification
Required
2+ years of leadership experience in event/home show management, and or door-to-door, field sales
Proven ability to build and motivate teams
Strong coaching, training, and communication skills
Personable demeanor and friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with the team and prospective homeowners
Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in the field and events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with mapping/tracking tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
