Required

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specialized skills e.g., motion, illustration a plus)

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution

Collaborative with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams
