Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience in the sports communication field
Candidates must be available to begin teaching in the spring 2026 semester
Can teach introductory courses for multiple platforms, which include practical and ethical considerations in gathering, analyzing, and communicating strategic communication goals
Preferred
Teaching experience preferred
The preferred candidate will have a strong background in publicity and promotion and communication processes from multiple perspectives, including sports public relations, community engagement, event planning, content creation, consumer-centric promotion, social media, earned, owned and paid media strategies, and other sports-related platforms
