Business Development Director - Intelligence Sector, Cyber

Responsibilities
Bring insight into customer needs and emerging requirements related to vulnerability research, reverse engineering, exploit development, and advanced cyber tool/capability development
Communicate compelling, mission-focused stories about Leidos’ capabilities to drive customer engagement
Grow and strengthen the opportunity pipeline—including adjacent markets—through timely identification and qualification of new business opportunities
Partner with Business Area and Division leadership to refine strategy and shape a solution-based growth portfolio
Lead and participate in the identification, qualification, and pursuit of strategic business opportunities
Participate as a thought leader in bid decisions, gate reviews, and development of cost strategies
Engage in capture activities including gate reviews, black-hat sessions, collaboration sessions, proposal reviews, and business case development
Serve as a connector between Growth and the CTO organization to drive mission alignment and opportunity development
Drive the development and submission of white papers, capability demonstrations, and RFI responses to proactively shape strategic opportunities
Conduct after-action reviews and other business reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend adjustments to capture strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
Requires a BA degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's with 13+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years assessing, integrating, and deploying advanced commercial technical capabilities to support intelligence mission needs
IC leadership experience in mission-critical solutions involving cyber capability development, including vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or exploitation analysis
Experience gathering technical requirements and translating them into solution elements
Demonstrated success deploying technical solutions to address complex intelligence problems
Ability to identify, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships with senior-level officials and IC program stakeholders
Knowledge of the competitive landscape and ability to model competitor behaviors
Ability to identify key growth areas and develop new business aligned with corporate strategy
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
Knowledge of Government contracting, acquisition trends, and customer buying behaviors
Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to senior executives, peers, and customers
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required

Successful management of a qualified pipeline of $2.5B+
