Inventory control
Housekeeping
Facilities maintenance
Transportation
Customer Service
Cash and Carry
Computer Systems
Ensure compliance with OSHA and MOSHA
Ensure managers are complying with Maryland Labor statutes
Ensure that proper procedures are in place and followed, regarding:
New hire on-boarding
Disciplinary action and write-ups
Employee safety
Building Security
First report of injury
Insurance claims for workers comp, company vehicle accidents, building and property losses
Computer System Administration and Operation
Employee Safety and Security
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Qualification
Required
5 yrs Warehouse operations management experience
College level education
Personnel management and supervisory skills
Strong computer experience, including: IBM AS/400, Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Excel
