Create work instructions and documentation
Contribute to the Quality Management System
Present project updates to the Leadership Team
Spend time both on the production floor and in the office, seeing how engineering decisions impact real operations

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (preferably after sophomore year)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interest in manufacturing processes and problem-solving
Basic familiarity with hand tools
Ability to stand for extended periods
Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs) and carrying (up to 25 lbs)
Occasional pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching

SolidWorks experience
