Zaymo is a startup focused on revolutionizing ecommerce communication by enabling brands to create shoppable email experiences. They are seeking a Founding Client Support Lead who will be responsible for interfacing with customers, managing the knowledge base, and influencing product direction as the company scales.

Owning most of the frontline customer experience once a customer is live
Improving the AI support agent
Owning the customer-facing knowledge base
Quickly becoming the most knowledgeable person about Zaymo’s product
Advocating for customer needs by influencing product decisions
Qualification
Required
Experience: Any (new grads ok)
US citizen/visa only
Willingness to work in-person in Lehi, UT
Ability to own most of the frontline customer experience once a customer is live
Ability to improve the AI support agent
Ability to own the customer-facing knowledge base
Ability to quickly become the most knowledgeable person about Zaymo's product
Ability to advocate for customer needs by influencing product decisions
Love to build and comfortable with ambiguity
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn to automate the customer experience for lower-tier customers
Empathy and intuition to feel market demands and recommend features to the product team
