Customer Service and Operation Specialist - International Logistics
Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Operations Specialist or Supervisor to manage international freight forwarding operations. The role involves shipment coordination, hazmat documentation, regulatory compliance, and may include SOP development and team leadership for supervisors.

Responsibilities
Manage import/export and domestic freight operations
Track and update shipment status
Coordinate carriers, routes, and logistics
Prepare hazmat documentation; ensure compliance (DOT, IATA, IMDG)
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Negotiate costs with subcontractors
(Supervisor) Lead SOP creation, efficiency projects & team training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Specialist: 2–3 yrs international freight forwarding experience
Supervisor: 3–5+ yrs incl. leadership
Knowledge of AES, ISF, IMO, hazmat regulations
Strong communication & organizational skills
MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency
English required
Preferred
