IEEE is seeking a Conference Payment Analyst to support their Conferences, Events, and Experiences department. The role involves ensuring the accurate processing of event-related payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

Ensure the accurate and compliant processing of event-related payments

Review and approve payments to vendors, speakers, awardees, and other stakeholders involved in IEEE conferences

Ensure that all payment requests are supported by appropriate documentation and are compliant with company policies, tax regulations, and best business practices

Communicate with conference organizers to provide updates on payment status and guide them in resolving documentation issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Familiarity with financial software and payment systems
