Responsibilities
Lead and mentor support analysts and technical team members
Oversee application maintenance, enhancements, and lifecycle management
Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Prioritize work, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to standards
Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with security and governance
Drive process improvements, modernization, and automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years in application development or support; 2+ years in leadership
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and operational support practices
Experience managing complex application environments
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and ITIL frameworks
Experience with C# and/or Salesforce apex development
